I wish we could put 100 stars! Do not hesitate to use this company you will not be disappointed. Jason and his crew of men are outstanding, professional, detailed and far exceeded our expectations. From the demo to plumber to electrician they were on time everyday and left the area totally clean at the end of each day.
My mom for the second time was scheduled for hip replacement on April 4th. We contacted Jason regarding replacing an outdated shower with the walk-in tub 2 weeks prior to surgery. The way it worked out with our custom order (we pick all designs and colors) the installation was set to begin on April 7th, the day she came home from hospital. Believe me with a 86 year old mom I was so worried how disruptive it would be for her with the noise, dust and workers in the house and wondered if
I had made a bad decision. As it turned out I worried for nothing!
From the moment the crew set foot in her house they had up plastic to contain the dust and only during the demo would we have know they were in the house. Before the demo began they informed my mom and it was quick and painless. You have to understand this walkin tub was installed in my mom bedroom. I thought she would have to bunk somewhere else during the process. That was not the case. The containment of dust was so complete she sleep in her own room everyday during the install!
Folks do this if you can for your parents! My mom lives alone. My stress level everyday regarding her using the regular tub or shower was horrible (that is how she broke hip in the first place). I know now she can walkin and shut the door to the tub and soak with warm air bubbles and read (her passion) everyday without worry. The safety rails are sturdy and there are no sharp edges and so easy to enter and exit. It has freed up both my mom and myself from worry and given back moms personal independence and that is priceless!
The best investment we have ever made and like I said if there were 100 stars we would have given that! Thanks Jason and crew, excellent job!
